Respected Sir,

I am [student name] bearing registration number [], a third semester student of department [mention department name]. I would like to emphasize the fact that the university has not yet provided us with the semester examination details.

It was clearly mentioned in the university brochure that we will always get our semester exam routine at least a month before the exam. Our practice exams are done and typically after two weeks of the practical exam, the written one commences. But the practical exam has completed over a week ago still we did not get any confirmation about the semester exam even now.

This is too ridiculous for the students. As we need a mind set up to start the preparation of examination. And this last hour study is too much crucial for every student. We the students are feeling very perturbed until we get our semester routine.  We cannot able to study with full concentration as thinking of exam uncertainty is going on in our minds. This is too stressful for us. We cannot able to plan our study time according to the semester examination routine.

At least the university could inform us about the delay or the expected time. If we suddenly get the news that the exam will begin in one week it will badly affect our exam and we hope our respected professors don’t expect their students to get bad marks.

Please consider the matter as an emergency.

Thanking you,

Yours Sincerely,

[Sender Name]
