Dear Sir,

This is about the bill no xxxxx of a [Name of product] purchased f on[dd/mm/yr]. I paid an amount of xxxxx for the same through debit card no xxxxxxxx and requested its delivery to [ Your Address]. on [dd/mm/yr]. On this mentioned delivery date, I received an email stating the product is delivered, but to my surprise, I didn’t receive the delivery. Upon enquiry, I came to know that the product has been delivered to a wrong address.

My family and I have been buying products from Amazon from the past four years, and I have never faced such an issue with the delivery address. Even the delivery person didn’t even call me on my number to cross-check, which is unprofessional. I informed this issue to your customer service, but I am disappointed with the service given to me by the customer service representative. It’s very pathetic to see such a service from Amazon.

Kindly solve this issue, and I will be grateful if you could send me the product. I am looking forward to an immediate resolution and hope that this will resolve before the end of this week.

I am also enclosing the copy of the receipt for your reference and my address.
