Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your notice my grievance with regards to the delivery of [Name of the product]which was ordered on[dd/mm/yr] Upon the delivery, I have discovered that the product is damaged. And I approached customer service to replace the product, but they shocked me by saying there is no return pick up service available. And I feel so annoyed to hear such an irresponsible answer from Amazon which is not at all a good thing the customers expect. I was asked to send it back at my expenses, which is another level of an awful experience for any customer. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service over the matter for two weeks, and I keep getting hung up or transferred to different departments. 

I insist you arrange a return pick up service and get my product replaced or get me a refund. I am enclosing all the required documents like bill receipts and previous complaints about your convenience. I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to arrange a return pick up service immediately.
