Authorized Signatory Letter Sample: 4 Templates

You are the authorized signatory in an organization or institution. If you are unable to perform transactions or sign documents related to the said company temporarily due to some problems then you should ideally delegate the authority to some trusted individual.

To do so you shall have to write an authorization letter stating that in your absence he shall sign documents on behalf of the company. You should mention his credentials for the same and may also attest his signature in the said letter.
