Document Authorization Letter: 4 Templates to Check

You must inform the candidate in detail whom you are permitting to collect the necessary documents in your absence. It is important to mention the cause of authorization. It could be any valid reason.

You should inform me that you do not any objection to the candidate who will sign in your absence. The letter template must be written in an official manner. You must actually request for handing over the necessary documents to the candidate.
