When you are allowing any person to collect legal documents from any organization, you must legally authorize that person to do so. Otherwise, he or she will not be allowed to check or collect documents. 

You must write an authorization letter to the organization from where the person will be collecting the documents. You must write in simple words about the person who will collect the documents. You must share the identity details of the person.
