I agree with our manager when he or she says that you are a star employee of this company and we all look up to you and hope to be as fearless, as determined, and as tenacious as you are. 

However, I am not going to leave you like this, and I want you to give us a treat. By mutually agreeing to a particular time, place, and venue, we will be celebrating your success.
